Vinyl Floor Care
Newly installed VCT
New Vinyl Composite Tile (VCT) has a factory coating that will protect it from damage during construction. After installation, your new VCT will need a machine scrub service to remove the factory coating so a permanent protective finish can be applied. Once the surface is properly prepared, most manufacturers recommend a layer of self-sealing finish followed by two layers of high-quality top finish. Your new floor will now be ready for use.
Existing VCT
Once your tile has base coats, the next step is to build up a number of top layers. Multiple layers of finish will protect your flooring and give it a deep, clean, wet-look appearance. Factors such as facility use, foot traffic, and budget will help determine the best plan for your floors. The right product choices and maintenance services can make all the difference when it comes to the appearance of your vinyl flooring.
Our hard floor care professionals will design and schedule maintenance services that will ensure your floors always look their best. Trust your vinyl floor care needs to the professionals at Clean-Rite and let us help you make the right first impression for visitors to your facility.
